I often hear that air tickets are expensive. I cannot say that for myself because on average the cost of my plane ticket is around 100 €.

To get a plane ticket at a lower cost, you must:

Be flexible in destinations, dates and times,
Regularly look at price comparison sites,
Go to off-peak sites

There is no need to take them long in advance. The most important thing is flexibility.
